Ultimate Football Raffles ("UFR", "we", "us", "our") is a skill-based prize competition platform operated from the United Kingdom. We provide football trading-card prize competitions that require a correct skill-based answer for entry.

By creating an account, entering a competition (paid or postal), or otherwise using ultimatefootballraffles.com, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is higher).
• You must be entering on your own behalf, not as an agent for another person.
• UFR employees, contractors and their immediate families are excluded from entering.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in a prize competition is lawful in your country of residence. By entering, you warrant that it is.

Every UFR competition requires a correct answer to a multiple-choice skill question before payment or postal entry is accepted. Entries with an incorrect answer are disqualified. This requirement is a material element of every competition and is the legal basis on which UFR operates as a prize competition rather than a lottery under the UK Gambling Act 2005.

There are two ways to enter every UFR competition:

• Paid entry — purchase one or more tickets at the price shown on the competition page, after answering the skill question correctly.
• Free postal entry — send a sealed envelope containing your handwritten entry details, following the rules set out on our Free Postal Entry page. A maximum of one (1) postal entry per person, per competition is permitted. Postal entrants have an equal chance of winning as paid entrants.

• Ticket prices and ticket totals are displayed on each competition page and are final at the point of purchase.
• Each ticket purchased is assigned a unique sequential number and recorded against your UFR account.
• UFR may impose a maximum number of tickets per person, per transaction, or per competition, set entirely at UFR's own discretion. The applicable per-transaction limit for each competition is displayed on that competition's page.
• Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law (see refunds section below).

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. UFR does not store or process card details. By submitting payment, you authorise the charge of the displayed total to your chosen payment method. All prices are shown in GBP (£). Non-GBP cards will be converted by your card issuer at their prevailing rate.

• Each competition has a draw date and time displayed on its page. Draws are conducted at random across the entire pool of paid and postal entries.
• UFR reserves the right to extend the draw date if the minimum ticket threshold (where applicable) has not been met, or to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value, or a full refund to all entrants, at our discretion.
• The winner will be notified within 24 hours of the draw via the email and/or phone number associated with their account or postal entry.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 days, UFR reserves the right to redraw or offer a cash alternative.
• Prizes are personal to the winner and may not be sold, transferred or substituted without UFR's written consent.

Prize cards are dispatched insured and tracked within 14 working days of the winner's identity being verified. UFR is not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services or events outside our reasonable control. Winners outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied in their country.

Tickets are sold on the basis that entry into the prize competition is the consumable service, which begins immediately on purchase. As such, the statutory 14-day "cooling off" right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once an entry has been registered. Refunds will only be issued where:

• A competition is cancelled by UFR without a substitute being offered;
• A duplicate or erroneous charge has been applied;
• We are required to refund you by law.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Creation of multiple accounts to evade limits or manipulate competitions is prohibited and may result in disqualification, forfeiture of prizes and suspension.
• Use of bots, scripts, automated entry methods or any form of fraud or chargeback abuse will result in immediate termination of your account.

All content on ultimatefootballraffles.com — including the UFR name, logo, branding, photography and copy — is owned by or licensed to UFR and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written consent. Photographs of prize cards are provided for illustration; minor differences in the actual prize (e.g. slab serial numbers) may occur.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law. Subject to that, UFR's total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to UFR in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law (UK GDPR). By entering, you consent to UFR contacting you regarding your entries, draws and (where you opt-in) future competitions. You may withdraw consent or request deletion of your account at any time by emailing Support@ultimatefootballraffles.com.

While UFR is a skill-based competition and not gambling, we encourage all entrants to participate within their means. Never spend more than you can comfortably afford. If you feel your participation is becoming a problem, free support is available at GamCare (UK) or your equivalent national service.

UFR may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users where reasonably practical. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in the courts of the country where you reside if local consumer-protection law requires it.
